Shipping and Delivery

Please note - We cannot guarantee that your purchase will arrive in time for Christmas at this time. Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately House Party Design had no control over these shipping carrier delays. All delivery timelines listed at checkout are estimates and may vary. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact your selected shipping carrier for more information.

All items, unless otherwise noted, typically ship within 3-5 business days. 

House Party Design uses USPS, UPS and DHL for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart depending on the total cost of your purchase. 

Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box since some items are custom-made and may require extra care and a slightly longer processing time. Some items may require a signature for delivery. If you would like more details or to inquire if your order may require a signature, please email info@housepartydesign.com. 

PROMO CODES

Please note promotions and/or discounts cannot be combined. Only one promotion is allowed at a time. Promotions cannot be applied to previous orders and cannot be combined with free shipping promos. 

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping will automatically be applied to any order in the amount of $100 or more. This applies to the US only, and is not available for international orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

All of our items ship from within the United States. Prices are shown in US dollars. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping offers. Please note additional taxes, duties and fees may be applied. Unfortunately House Party Design has no control over these fees, and they vary by country. All international sales are final sales. 

REFUSED DELIVERY

Any refused deliveries may be subject to additional fees or a re-stocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.
