Returns and Exchanges

Thanks for shopping with us! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to accept a return or exchange within 20 days from the date you received your item.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original shipping is non-refundable. 
Please note the following are not eligible for return or exchange: 
  • Final Sales
  • Gift Cards
  • Custom-designed or personalized items
  • Gifts with purchase
Any items that are digitally downloaded are not eligible for return or exchange. But if you have any trouble with your order, please let us know!
You'll be responsible for Return shipping. For Exchanges, we'll send you a free shipping label as well as cover the shipping cost for your new item!

All House Party Design templates are created for personal or commercial use. However, it is forbidden to share or resell these purchased templates. By purchasing these items, you agree to these terms.
